The University regulations apply to all courses and form part of your contract with the University. They set out key rules and responsibilities for students.
By enrolling at the University, you accept and agree to follow the University’s academic and general regulations, codes of conduct, and other provisions, and accept your responsibilities as a student. You also accept responsibility for paying your fees owing and on time.
The regulations are split into two areas:
- Academic regulations – covering admissions, management of assessments, and awards and classifications etc.
- General regulations – covering your responsibilities during exams, code of conduct, disciplinary matters and health and safety etc.
You should read the Regulations and refer to them regularly to stay informed about your obligations.
