View your timetable
Your timetable is the quickest way to understand what your Week 1 looks like, where you need to be, when teaching starts, and whether anything has changed since last year.
What to check first
As soon as you're back, check:- start times (including early sessions)
- room locations (buildings and room codes)
- teaching formats (in person, online, lab, studio)
- any changes since your last academic year.
Why this matters
Knowing your schedule early helps you stay organised and avoid missing important sessions - especially in the first week when things move quickly.
If something doesn't look right
If your timetable looks incomplete, or you think you’re missing sessions:
- check again later (updates can take time to show)
- contact your course team.
Tips for Week 1
- Screenshot or save your timetable so you can access it on the go.
- Give yourself extra time for your first few journeys across campus.
