Start your course (Aula)
Aula is your online learning platform. You’ll use it to access your modules, see announcements, and find key information for the new academic year.
What you'll find in Aula
You’ll usually see:
- Week 1 tasks and activities
- assessment information and deadlines
- updated reading lists
- module announcements and updates.
What to do first
- Log in and check your module list for the new academic year.
- Open each module and look for “Week 1” or “Getting started”.
- Check announcements so you don’t miss any changes before teaching begins.
Why it helps to start early
Starting early helps you feel prepared and confident for your first week - and gives you time to sort any access issues before teaching starts.
If you can't see your modules
If your modules aren’t showing, or you can’t log in:
- try again later (some modules publish closer to teaching)
- if it still isn’t working, contact IT support for help.
