You can get free, confidential support at any time through Spectrum.Life. This service is available to all Coventry University students, 24 hours a day, every day of the year.

To book counselling sessions or explore wellbeing tools:
- Go to the Spectrum.Life website.
- Register using the organisation code: CovUni.
- Once registered, you can access all wellbeing resources and book sessions.
