Mental health support

It’s OK to find things difficult sometimes. Many of us feel anxious, low or overwhelmed. We’re here to help and support you through your studies.

How we can support you:

  • You can talk one-to-one with a Mental Health Advisor - we offer bookable 50 minute sessions you can access by completing this form.
  • We can share tips and resources to help while you wait for an appointment
  • We can help if you’re worried about a friend

How to get mental health support

Contact your Wellbeing Team using the details below. They’ll arrange an appointment with you. This can be in person, online or by phone.
