Current and returning students
Collect or update your student ID card
Your student ID card helps you access buildings and services on campus. If you’re returning to study, it’s a good idea to sort this early so you’re not delayed in Week 1.
What you need to do
- Collect your ID card (if you don’t have one yet).
- Update or reactivate your card (if it’s expired or has stopped working).
- Replace your card (if it’s lost or damaged).
Where to go
You can collect or update your student ID card at University House Reception.
What to bring with you
Bring a form of ID so we can confirm your identity before issuing or updating your card.
If you have a problem
If your card isn’t working, or you’re having access issues:
- visit an ID point as soon as you can after you return
- or go to the Customer Service Desks for help and guidance on next steps.
