Customer Service Desks
Customer Service Desks are located across campus and are the first point of contact for all students for advice and guidance. The team will provide answers to all enquiries.
What can they help with?
You can come to any of the desks to receive advice and guidance on all support areas including:
- accommodation
- international support
- welfare
- disabilities
- counselling
- sport and recreation
- student funding/finance
- spirituality and faith
- exam queries
- student visa (previously known as tier 4 visa)
- assistance with producing status letters
- production of letters for Pre-sessional English and part-time students
- support for IT registration
- student records - including registration; enrolment; changing and accessing your record
- obtaining replacement ID cards and ID card access problems including reprogramming the card
- assignment handling
- check student accounts in relation to balances
- blocks and exclusions.
