Customer Services
The Customer Service Desk is located on campus and is the first point of contact for all students for advice and guidance. The team will provide answers to your questions or help you connect with a service that can.
What can they help with?
You can come to any of the desks to receive advice and guidance on all support areas including:
- accommodation
- support for international students
- attendance related issues
- Your SU
- exam queries
- assistance with producing status letters (a letter of proof that you are a student)
- enrolment and re-enrolment
- obtaining replacement ID cards and ID card access problems including reprogramming the card
- support should you need to take a break from your studies
- check student payment history and advise on outstanding balances
- payment support
- questions about your course or student life
- accessing specialist academic and support services.
