International fee paying students

To be able to book your Credibility Interview, get your Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS)* and complete your enrolment, you are required to have paid a minimum of £8,000 or the full course fee if less than £8,000 or from regions outlined in section 6a of our tuition fee and refund terms and conditions, to complete Enrolment each year.

The payment requirements for the Confirmation of the Acceptance of Studies (CAS) letter are as follows:

• European Union, Sub Saharan, and Northern Africa- £4000.00
• Pakistan, Bangladesh, India (Punjab, Uttarakhand, Haryana) - Full tuition fees charged for the first year of your course
• All other countries- £8000.00.

Payments must be cleared funds in the university’s account before the above deadline.

Please make your payments by debit/credit card through Convera GlobalPay - this is the quickest and most secure method and provides peace of mind that your payment has arrived in time. We advise all payments are made through Convera to avoid delays.

Once your conditions have been met and your deposit has cleared our accounts, you will receive your CAS letter via email. You’ll need this in order to apply for your visa.

Please note: postgraduate students whose course needs ATAS clearance will not get your CAS until we have received a copy of your ATAS certificate. Check if your course needs an ATAS certificate.

In order to study, live and work in the UK you’ll need a visa. You will need to apply for this within three months of your course start date. It can be a long process, so please leave plenty of time.

The best place for you to choose to collect your Biometric Residence Permit (BRP) card from is Houndsditch Post Office (E1 7BS) which is a short walk from the campus.

Alternatively, you can choose to collect from Coventry University London campus. Our unique ACL (Alternative Collection Location) code is 2HE457. It is important that you do not choose to collect from Coventry University campus as you will experience delays with your enrolment and with receiving your BRP card.

If you have paid less than £8,000 or the full course fee if less than £8,000 or from regions outlined in section 6a of our tuition fee and refund terms and conditions, you must make an additional payment to be able to complete your enrolment.

Payments must be cleared funds in the university’s account well before teaching starts.

If you haven’t paid your tuition fees in full, please ensure you make payments by the tuition instalment deadlines.

We strongly recommend you pay using Convera before you travel in order to avoid delays to your enrolment. When paying with Convera please allow at least 5 working days for your payment to reach us as processing times may be longer for certain countries such as Nigeria.

Once we’ve received this payment and any necessary Right To Study checks are completed, you will be sent an email with a link to complete your enrolment online.
