Start your enrolment at CU Coventry

If you do not require a Right to Study (RTS) check or a CAS, please begin the enrolment process as soon as possible after receiving your enrolment link.

Teaching starts on Monday 20 January 2025 at Coventry University for January intake.

Teaching starts on Monday 27 January 2025 at Coventry University London for January intake.

Teaching starts on Monday 13 January 2025 at CU Coventry, CU London, CU Scarborough and Coventry University Wrocław.

You do not need to be in the UK to begin the enrolment process. We advise that you begin enrolling as soon as you receive the email and your link. You can complete the personal detail section and confirm your course, at which point you will be given access to Aula and you can access your course materials.

We strongly recommend you travel to the UK as soon as your student visa is issued to you. If you require a Right to Study Check, you may not be able to complete enrolment until this has taken place. Please check the web pages to confirm if this check needs to take place in person.

Our emails will be sent to the email address you have used on your application. If you believe you have met all the conditions of your offer and have not yet received your enrolment link via email, please contact us.

For returning students, the link will be sent to your university email account. Please check your spam folder.

If you have not yet received your CAS, please check your inbox and spam for an email asking you to use CAS Shield to meet your CAS conditions. If you have used an agent to support you with your application, please speak with them directly for an update on the progress of your application. The university is unable to issue a CAS until you have met all the conditions of your offer. This may include completing sufficient finance checks and interviews. Please check CAS Shield to understand the progress of these checks and the documents you need to upload.

If the university systems state that your CAS has been issued but you have not received it, please speak to your agent directly.

Information on when to attend a Right to Study check is available for each of our campus locations on our website, including details on what documents to bring.

If you do not bring/send the documents listed we will be unable to complete the Right to Study check and this will delay the completion of your enrolment.

For international fee payers, you are required to have paid a minimum of £8,000 or the full course fee if less than £8,000 or from regions outlined in section 6a of our tuition fee and refund terms and conditions, to complete Enrolment each year.

The payment requirements for the Confirmation of the Acceptance of Studies (CAS) letter are as follows:

• European Union, Sub Saharan and Northern Africa- £4000.00
• Pakistan, Bangladesh, India (Punjab, Uttarakhand, Haryana) - Full tuition fees charged for the first year of your course
• All other countries- £8000.00.

If you are being sponsored by your employer or a government sponsor, you need to provide an approved financial guarantee/sponsorship letter confirming your fees are being paid by them. Please email your sponsor letter to debtenq.fin@coventry.ac.uk who will need to approve before you can enrol.

Please make your payments using Convera GlobalPay - this is the quickest way and provides peace of mind that your payment has arrived in time. Paying by bank transfer can take up to 14 working days (if funds are being paid from Nigeria, please note it can take significantly longer) and you must provide your student ID on your payment. We strongly recommend all payments are made using debit/credit card via Convera.

Watch out for scams! If you are looking to make a bank transfer, please ensure this is done through Convera. Please do not make direct bank transfers to the university and always use the Convera platform. This is the safest and most secure way to make your payment to the university. Please note all funds must be cleared into the university’s bank account, we cannot accept payment receipts/proof of payment to enrol.

To make sure your payments are secure, you should make your payments to us through Convera GlobalPay. This allows you or your parents to pay for fees via debit/credit card or by bank transfer in the currency of your choice, giving you a simple, quick and secure way to initiate the payment. You’ll see exactly how much you will pay in your own currency and you will be able to track your payment every step of the way.

Please allow at least 5 working days for your payment to reach us as processing times may be longer for certain countries such as Nigeria. All funds must be cleared into the university’s bank account, we cannot accept payment receipts/proof of payment to enrol.

You can pay via debit/credit card or by bank transfer through Convera GlobalPay. We strongly advise to make all payments by debit/credit card as processing times are much quicker than bank transfers. Please allow at least 5 working days for your payment to reach us as processing times may be longer for certain countries such as Nigeria.

Please note you can only collect your ID card after you have enrolled.

If you are studying at Coventry University starting in January 2025, you can collect your student ID in person from the Refectory, Priory Halls, Priory Street from Monday 6 January, and the Student Centre, Gulson Road from 7 October.

If you are studying at Coventry University London, you can collect your student ID in person from the University House Reception, Middlesex Street.

If you are studying at CU Coventry, you can collect your student ID in person from the Reception, Mile Lane.

If you are studying at CU London (Greenwich), you can collect your student ID from the Customer service desk on level 1.

If you are studying at CU London (Dagenham), you can collect your student ID from the Customer service desk.

If you are studying at CU Scarborough, you can collect your student ID from the Customer service desk.

If you are studying at Wrocław, Poland, please visit the Customer Service Team on campus collect your student ID card in person. Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.

You will need to bring accepted proof of identity and nationality.

UK fee-paying students

Please talk to the Customer Experience team on campus or decline your offer on the applicant portal.

International fee-paying students
