General Regulations

The Regulations set out in this section and any further Regulation made with the approval of the Board of Governors and/or the Academic Board of Coventry University London Campus must be observed strictly. The Board of Governors and the Academic Board reserve the right to introduce new Regulations or amend the existing Regulations at any time.

Your undertaking to comply with them is a condition of your enrolment as a student of the University.

Coventry University London Campus students on franchised courses are bound in full by these Regulations when in attendance at the University. When in attendance at partner colleges, such students remain bound by these Regulations except in relation to section 2: Code of Conduct, when local campus regulations shall apply.

Questions arising on the interpretation of any statement in these Regulations shall be resolved by the Academic Registrar. In the event of a conflict between the provisions of the General Regulations and other information given to students, the General Regulations shall prevail.

General Regulations for  2017–18

These Regulations apply to all students enrolled on a programme stage between September 2017 and August 2018, and for those students undergoing any University procedure relating to modules taken within this period. If you have enrolled on a programme stage since September 2018, the 2018/19 set of Regulations will apply.
