Procedures and policies relating to academic services

Refund and Remedy Policy

Our Refund and Remedy Policy details the circumstances in which refund or remedy may be applied in the unlikely event that the University Group is unable to provide continuation of study.

Honorary degrees

Degree awarding power rests with Coventry University. The Regulations outlining the awarding of honorary degrees are outlined in section 3 of Coventry University's Academic Regulations.

Trade union facility time reporting

Our data on Trade Union Facility Time covers the total number of employees who were relevant union officials; the percentage of their time spent on facility time; the percentage of the total pay bill this time represents; and the percentage of time spent by employees who were relevant union officials on paid trade union activities.
