Course overview
Designed to foster a deep understanding of health and care, this course aims to equip learners with the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to support diverse health and care needs of individuals across the lifespan.
Apprentices are supported to develop the ability to contribute to holistic, culturally sensitive nursing care, embracing diversity and actively advocating for inclusive practice (under appropriate supervision). Emphasising sustainability and adaptability in clinical practice, this course supports learners in developing an understanding of health promotion and well-being for themselves and others.

How you'll learn:
Study Blocks: 3 blocks of 14 weeks per part.
Integrated placement model incorporating the following hours per week:
- 11.5hrs theory.
- 11.5hrs - 23hrs placement.
- 11.5hrs service (usual place of work).
