Course overview
This apprenticeship is aimed at individuals working in Public Health who wish to further develop their knowledge, skills and behaviour (KSBs) to enhance their careers as key members of the Public Health workforce. Academic study is blended with workplace learning, acknowledging that for apprentices, the learning that takes place in the university setting is equally valuable as the experiential learning that occurs in the workplace.
The overall programme structure is designed to reflect the duties and KSBs outlined in the current apprenticeship standard and supports apprentices in developing the capabilities required to progress towards End Point Assessment (EPA).
