At CU Coventry, we strive to deliver our part-time degree courses in a way that suits adults with busy lives. Part-time courses run on Tuesday and Thursday evenings.

Each course is made up of short blocks of six week durations, and you can study up to three blocks in one year. You need to study 12 blocks for a degree, 8 for an HND and 4 for the HNC. However, you can choose to slow the pace down and study your course one block at a time.

All of our part-time courses include classroom based and online learning. We provide tutorial support to assist you outside the normal class times and we make it our business to make sure you are progressing well with your studies.

Part-time student Chris discusses how he has fit his course around his job and secured a promotion through the skills he has developed at CU Coventry.

University in the evening

If like many people, you regularly find yourself busy with other commitments over the weekend, the option to study during weekday evenings could be the ideal solution. A typical evening course will run over week day evenings (up to two per week) 5.30pm-9.30pm. Evening degree courses will be delivered over six-week blocks and there are up to three blocks per year.
