A module’s first half will focus on studying and working through the structured teaching and learning materials on our online learning platform, with materials designed to promote an active approach to learning.

You can expect to spend on average, 10 hours per week on discussion boards. The optional 2 hour live sessions typically take place between 9-5 GMT, and are recorded for students unable to attend. In addition, you will be expected to engage in your own self-guided study to support and provide depth to your learning.
In the second half of the module, you will be expected to review your online learning, continue your own reading and research, and work on your assessment. You should expect this to take around 20 hours per week. You will also have the opportunity to engage with live sessions with your tutor for 2 hours per week. The optional 2-hour live sessions typically take place between 9-5 GMT, and are recorded for students unable to attend.
