Are you a current or aspiring middle leader in the education sector? Join us to find out how you can study while working, expanding your knowledge, skills and behaviours within your role and so enhancing career progression opportunities.

Our Level 5 Operations Manager Apprenticeship is a practical, evidence-based course aimed at those who have an interest in improving leadership knowledge, skills and behaviours. You could be currently working as a middle manager, or aspiring to be, in a role such as head of department, subject leader, year team lead, or hold a role in a central services team such as admin, site or facilities.

It will provide you with the opportunity to develop a practical understanding of the principles underpinning excellent leadership, and the skills and confidence to implement them.

If you live and work in England, the Apprenticeship Levy can be used by your employer to fund your place on our final cohort, making it FREE to both your school and yourself. This course is not available outside England.
