Discover how to communicate with clarity, confidence, and authority in the classroom. This online session  explores voice, body language, and teacher presents to help you engage learners, set expectations, and build positive, purposeful relationships.

Facillitator: Katie Jump
After a successful career in Primary Education, Katie moved into HE and Initial Teacher Training in 2015. Since then, she has taugt undergraduates and postgraduates across a range of courses. Currently; Katie is the Course Leader of NITEs MA in Education. She teaches on the Expert Teaching pathway and supervises those completing action research projects for their MA. including SCITT courses, PGCE with QTS qualifications and NITE’s Master’s degree in Education. Katie has also written articles on issues in Primary Education for the Chartered College of Teachers and is undertaking a PhD with a focus on expert teacher’s classrooms.

Underground and overground parking available onsite on a first come first served basis - Meeting room delegates benefit from a preferential tariff of €4.00 per hour up to a maximum of €15.00 per day. Tickets can be paid and validated at the reception.
