Transform your career, inspire your school, and grow your confidence. Now in its second year, our free programme of online professional development for teachers and school leaders continues to support the improvement of teaching and leadership across the sector, across the world.
These short, focused sessions are designed to help you progress on your professional journey, wherever you are in your career. The programme offers three strands of content, tailored for:
- aspiring teachers and those recently qualified
- current or aspiring middle leaders
- current or aspiring senior leaders and headteachers.
The sessions are delivered by members of the NITE teaching team, who bring immense experience from their own careers in teaching and school leadership across the sector. Each session combines a 30-minute presentation with the opportunity to discuss key issues with the presenter.
