Free professional development

Transform your career, inspire your school and grow your confidence.

Welcome to our new programme of free online professional development for teachers and school leaders, through which we aim to support the improvement of the quality of teaching and leadership across the sector, across the world.

The free 45-minute sessions are aimed at helping you continue your professional journey, no matter where you are in your career. We have three strands of content, aimed at recently qualified teachers, current or aspiring middle leaders and current or aspiring senior leaders and headteachers.

Delivered by members of the NITE teaching team, each session comprises a 30-minute presentation and the opportunity to discuss issues raised with the presenter.

For Recently Qualified Teachers

Further sessions will be available in our summer term programme. Follow us on Eventbrite to see future events first.

For current and aspiring middle leaders

Join us to consider how you can use mentoring skills to unlock individual potential and build a culture of continuous improvement.

For aspiring and current senior leaders and headteachers

Explore how coaching can build a sustainable leadership pipeline in your school.

The mastery of delegation is an essential leadership skill, but when and how to delegate can feel like an art.
