Apprenticeships
Apprenticeships offer you the chance to retrain or upskill at no cost to you or your school.
Schools in England can use the apprenticeship levy to pay the cost of our approved apprenticeship training. We offer apprenticeships that align with your career goals, whether you seek to begin teaching, hone your mentoring and coaching skills, or pursue school leadership qualifications.

If you’ve been considering stepping into senior leadership or strengthening your impact, now is the time to act.

I don't think schools are fully aware of the potential uses of the apprenticeship levy. Personally, I wouldn't have been able to afford this course without the apprenticeship levy, so I'm incredibly grateful for the opportunity it has provided me. It's opened doors that would have otherwise been closed, and I'm excited to see where this journey takes me.
Fleur van Pol, Senior Leader Apprenticeship plus MA in Educational Leadership, England, 2024

We have been absolutely delighted with the support for our teachers who have completed the PGTA NITE training. In fact, our most recent teacher passed with distinction. They have found the quality of support exceptional, and this year the organisation of the course has improved following feedback from students the previous year. Both mentor and student have found the programme effective, giving a good balance of knowledge and tutoring, with strong support.
