- In order to register, you need to book your tickets. Please note that each graduand is guaranteed two guest tickets, provided these are purchased by the registration deadline. This is to ensure that all graduands can bring the same number of guests to the ceremony and to make the process fair for everyone.
- Additional guest tickets may be released prior to the ceremony, dependent on guest numbers.
- Graduating students' tickets are free of charge. Guest Tickets are £25 (inc. VAT) per ticket. You will be able to book your ticket and purchase your guest tickets on the Ede & Ravenscroft website.
- After the registration deadline, students that have purchased guest tickets but are no longer eligible to attend graduation, will receive a refund. Refunds will be processed in accordance with the Refund Policy.
- For more details, please see Graduation Ticket Refund Procedure.
- If you have any outstanding debt that has not been cleared by 1 August 2026, or if you become financially blocked at any time after the registration deadline but before the graduation ceremony, you will still be eligible to attend the ceremony. However, you will not receive your award certificate on the day. Your award certificate will only be released once the Finance Team provides written confirmation that your debt has been fully cleared. At that point, the certificate will be posted to you.
- Please note that no award verification can be completed until your debt has been cleared.
- Keep in mind that payments can take up to five working days to process. Therefore, making a payment on the final day of the deadline may result in a delay and could still be too late to meet the deadline. (For any further queries please visit Finance Home).
