We want to encourage ambitious international students to study at CU Coventry, CU London (Dagenham and Greenwich) and CU Scarborough. We know how much the cost of tuition fees, living expenses and accommodation are in real terms, so we’ve secured extra financial support to help students.
2025/26
CU Undergraduate Scholarship
This award is worth up to £6,000 for each successful applicant who enrols at CU Coventry, CU London (Dagenham and Greenwich) and CU Scarborough campuses. This award is only available once you have successfully completed the enrolment process.
This scholarship is allocated as follows for a three-year undergraduate degree course:
- Year 1 - £2,000
- Year 2 - £2,000
- Year 3 - £2,000
Top-up degree courses will be eligible for a £2,000 reduction for each year of study.
Eligibility
We will automatically consider international applicants for this award if they hold a conditional offer for a CU undergraduate course. No additional scholarship application form is required.
To receive the award, applicants must have paid the required deposit by the date outlined in their offer letter and must have successfully enrolled on the intake applied for.
The scholarship deduction for your first year at CU will be applied to your first year’s tuition fee final payment (or from your first payment where you are asked for your first year’s full tuition fee upfront). Subsequent scholarship deductions will be applied to your tuition fee final payment for each academic year of enrolment. Details of your
tuition fee payments due, will be outlined in your Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS).
In addition, applicants must:
- Be self-funded and paying international/overseas tuition fees.
- Hold a conditional offer for a course at CU Coventry, CU London (Dagenham and Greenwich) or CU Scarborough.
Enrolled students should be prepared to represent CU as a student advocate alongside their studies. They may be asked to help us by providing promotional information, which may include contributing to a blog, videos and interviews.

- The International Pathways Scholarship/discount is applicable to all intakes in the 2025/26 academic year.
- The scholarship/discount is only available to CU Coventry, CU London (Dagenham and Greenwich) and CU Scarborough international applicants (excluding EU).
- The scholarship/discount is only available for full-time courses.
- The University reserves the right to amend or withdraw the scholarship/discount should a student refer/defer for a year.
- Students will not receive the scholarship/discount during any placement year.
- The scholarship/discount will be awarded at the entire discretion of Coventry University.
- The scholarship/discount is only available to self-funded students paying international/overseas tuition fees; sponsored students are not eligible.
- This scholarship/discount is not combinable with any other scholarships/bursaries/discounts at the University.
- The scholarship/discount outlined is not open to applicants to Coventry University, Coventry University London, Coventry University Wroclaw, for any of our 100% online courses (Coventry University Online) or for the accelerated (1 semester) version of our International Pre-Master’s Pathway.
- The University's decision on the interpretation of eligibility criteria is final and there is no right of appeal. You must comply with all requests for additional information to establish your eligibility in the timeframes specified and you must provide any proofs requested by the stated deadlines in your offer letter.
- The University reserves the right to withdraw the discount from anyone who is found to have misled the University about any aspect of their eligibility and to seek repayment of any monies already paid by appropriate means.
- There is no right of appeal against the University's decision in relation to your eligibility for the discount. You may make a complaint if you believe that you have not been considered for the discount because of a procedural error.

International Pathways Scholarship
This award is worth £2,000 for each successful applicant who enrols onto an International Foundation Pathway or International Pre-Masters Pathway (excludes accelerated version). This applies to any of our intakes during academic year 2025/26 at CU Coventry and CU London (Greenwich) campuses. This award is only available once you have successfully completed the enrolment process.

We will automatically consider international applicants for this award if they hold a conditional offer for a CU undergraduate course. No additional scholarship application form is required.

2026/27
Coventry University Group Scholarship
Study a bachelor's or master's degree in any of our six intakes in 2026/27 academic year and save £2,000 off your tuition fee each year with our Coventry University Group Scholarship. For three-year bachelor students, this is a saving of £6,000.
The Coventry University Group Scholarship is available to self-funded international students (excluding EU) and applies to all Coventry University Group UK campuses: Coventry University, Coventry University London, CU Coventry, CU London and CU Scarborough.
Coventry University Online courses are excluded from this award.

All Coventry University, Coventry University London, CU Coventry, CU London and CU Scarborough international students (excluding EU) can save £2,000 per full year of study on their course tuition fee starting in 2026/27 academic year with our Coventry University Group Scholarship. 100% online (Coventry University Online) and NITE courses are excluded from this award.
Award details and eligibility
The total amount awarded for your first year will be deducted off your first year’s tuition fee, final payment (or it will be deducted off your first payment where you are asked for your first year’s full tuition fee, upfront). Details of your tuition fee payments due, will be outlined in your Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS).
Applicants can combine this award with our Sport Scholarships.
How to apply
There is no application process but to be eligible, the applicant’s full CAS deposit will need to be cleared within the University’s accounts by the date specified within the offer letter, and go on to successfully enrol.

EU Support Bursary
We are offering financial support to all eligible EU students who wish to study an on-campus undergraduate or postgraduate degree with us full-time for all years up to and including the 2026/27 academic year.
