How to pay
As an International student, you will have been asked to pay a deposit. We’ll need this deposit before we send you the Confirmation of Acceptance to Study ("CAS letter") that you will need to get a visa to study in the UK. We’ll apply your deposit to any tuition fees that you owe for your course. To avoid delays in arranging your travel, accommodation and enrolment, we recommend that you pay your deposit as soon as possible before your course starts.
Please refer to our full Tuition Fee Terms and Conditions.
To make sure that your own payments are secure, you should only make payments to us through one of the methods shown on this page. We do not accept cash, cheques or bankers drafts.
Pay online using your Credit or Debit card
- Visa
- MasterCard
- HomeCurrencyPay (Pay using your Visa and MasterCard in your local currency)
If you choose to pay your fees online using MasterCard or Visa, you will have the opportunity to pay in your home currency during the payment process. You will need your student ID number and date of birth to complete all validation checks.
The benefits of Home Currency Pay (HCP) are:
- Experience instant conversion to a familiar currency, based on today's exchange rate which is sourced from Reuters. This means that you will know the exact value of your payment at the point of sale.
- You have the comfort of knowing that the amount quoted in your home currency at the time of payment, is the final amount you will pay.
- The list of currencies are available here.
Your credit card’s eligibility for HCP will be automatically determined when you enter your card number.
Pay online via Western Union
You can pay your deposit and tuition fees online quickly, safely and in many languages through GlobalPay for Students. You’ll see exactly how much you will pay in your own currency and you will be able to track your payment every step of the way.
