You should have received a copy of your formal offer letter via email or on our Applicant Portal if you are a direct applicant. This will detail any conditions you need to meet before you can enrol with us.
Once you meet your conditions, you’ll receive all the information you need to enrol and details on term and teaching dates.
Got a question about your offer conditions? Our Admissions team can help:
Received an offer from us with a different course title, start date or level to your original application? Not to worry – we’d still love you to study with us but think this option may be better suited to you.
This may be because you haven’t quite met the entry requirements for your original course, but we still think you’ve got great potential.
If this applies to you, we’d be happy to talk you through your alternative offer and how it could still help you achieve your goals.
Need to revisit your application?
UK undergraduate applicants can access their application via UCAS or, if you’re an international or postgraduate applicant, visit the Applicant Portal to view your application.
Accepting your offer through UCAS
Once you’ve received all of your offers, you can accept your firm and insurance offer by logging into your UCAS account.
Firm Acceptance: This is your first choice and the offer you want to select as your Firm Acceptance. If the offer is an unconditional offer, then the place is all yours! If it is a conditional offer, there will be certain conditions you need to meet before your place is guaranteed – but you can still select this offer as your Firm Acceptance.
Insurance Acceptance: This offer is your plan B. It may not be your first choice, but it’s important you’re still happy with this offer as this may be the route you take if you do not meet the conditions of your Firm Acceptance.
Decline: Once you’ve selected your Firm Acceptance and your Insurance Acceptance, you’ll need to decline all other offers you have received. If you decide you don’t want to accept any of your offers, you can decline them all.
Accepting your offer through UCAS: If you applied via UCAS, application decision deadlines are set according to when you received decisions from your chosen universities. You will have a personal deadline on your UCAS Hub.
Make sure your application and enrolment go smoothly by keeping an eye on these key deadlines:
If you receive your last decision on or before 14 May 2025, your reply date is 5 June2025 (except if you're using UCAS Extra to find a place).
If you receive your last decision on or before 17 July 2025, your reply date is 23 July 2025 (including UCAS Extra choice).
Direct applications for UK students
If you have applied via our Applicant Portal, we would encourage you to accept your offer as early as possible. This will allow you to progress your accommodation application, as well as ensure you receive all the necessary communications in preparations for enrolment.
You can find your decision deadline in the Applicant Portal on your offer letter.
Direct/agent applications for international students
If you have applied via an agent or our Applicant Portal, we would encourage you to accept your offer as early as possible. This will allow you to progress your accommodation application, as well as ensure you receive all the necessary communications in preparations for enrolment.
We will issue you a Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) once you have satisfied all your offer conditions. Once you have received your CAS you will be able to apply for your student visa*.
The process for obtaining a visa can be lengthy, so we'd encourage applying as early as possible to ensure there is enough time to travel to the UK before your course starts. You'll only be able to apply for your visa after:
You have logged into your application account on the application portal and accepted the offer.
You have met all the conditions of your offer (please make sure you upload the documents requested on your offer letter onto the application portal).
You have paid your deposit in line with the tuition fee policy and your offer letter. To make sure that your own payments are secure, you should only make payments to us through one of the methods on our official payment page.
If you’re ready to accept your offer and you have applied via an agent, please speak to them directly.
*Please note, applications that have outstanding conditions by the deadline outlined in your offer letter will have the option to defer to the next available intake to allow you time to meet your outstanding offer conditions.
Open Event
If you are offered a place on your course (or alternative course) you will be invited to a virtual or on campus Open Event (if you are based in the UK). You may also be invited to attend an interview, audition or a portfolio review on campus or online if the course you are applying for requires it.
