Travelling to the UK
Birmingham International Airport is the nearest airport to CU Coventry, it is located just 20 minutes away from our campus. Alternatively, you could fly into Heathrow or Gatwick which are both based in London.
You will go through certain procedures before you can leave and travel to Coventry. The Immigration Officer may ask you for certain documents, which you should have ready in your hand luggage for inspection. If you fly into Heathrow you may be eligible for our Free Airport Transfer Service.

- Qualifications
- Bank statement used for your visa application
- Health documents e.g. TB screening
If the Immigration Officer refuses you entry, you may be removed immediately or given a very short period of temporary admission. Free transfer from London Heathrow Airport
To support you with your arrival to Coventry, Futurelets has teamed up with National Express coaches to provide you with a free transfer from London Heathrow to Coventry during September 2025.

- Any applications submitted outside of the allotted time will NOT be considered.
