Information for school leaders
The National School of Education & Teaching offers innovative postgraduate degrees and highly effective ongoing training in teaching and school leadership.
Approved by the Department for Education (DfE), our Initial Teacher Training course for teaching in England (PGCE with QTS) is available nationwide.
Students can either be salaried and employed by a school or be a full-time student on placement in a school. For both routes, all but six days of the course is spent in schools. Our close relationships with schools across the country enable this. Please get in touch if you are interested in becoming a Partner School with us.
The course can be funded in whole or in part by a school’s apprenticeship levy. We have a high number of potential teachers in touch with us, which means we can help you fill your school’s vacancies by sourcing and training new teachers from our talent pool. All of our courses are rooted in how to effectively teach and lead. They are highly practical in nature and underpinned by useful and relevant research.
