International teacher training

Our international teacher training courses combine the academic rigour of a university-led course with the practical benefits of on-the-job training and enable you to qualify as a teacher without leaving your home country.

Here's what sets us apart:

  • Earn iQTS: You can gain international Qualified Teacher Status (iQTS) at the same time as your international PGCE. This formal teaching qualification is equivalent to England’s QTS, the qualification required by most schools in England, and recognised by many schools and education ministries around the world. • Online learning: As the course is delivered online, you can be based in a school anywhere in the world provided the school meets our selection criteria to ensure it can offer the right support.
  • Available in bilingual schools: Your teaching can be in both English and other languages.
  • Supports most international curriculums: The course will work with and support the curriculum in your school.
  • 60 master's level credits: This programme awards 60 credits towards a master's degree in education, a stepping stone for future career advancement.
