Seth Lewis

Senior Lecturer


Seth is a hotelier with over 30 years experiences in branded luxury hotels, free-standing restaurants, the rail and cruise industries and e-commerce. He is a native New Yorker with professional experience in Asia, Europe and the US and has been London based since 1990.  Since transitioning into education in 2008, Seth has written and delivered modules in Service Operations Management, Strategy, Services Marketing, Leadership and Contemporary Issues in Hospitality & Tourism and supported many dissertations. Seth joined CULC in January 2017 on a part-time basis and supports students in Hotel & Tourism Operations and Marketing Communications.  He is currently module leader in Finance for Hospitality & Tourism.
