Previous academic background incorporates 5 years of academic qualifications at the prestigious London College of Fashion (UAL) in BA Fashion Design and Development and International Preparation for Fashion, consisting of design, business and enterprise components.
A distinction-holder in the highly competitive course, which led to a drive to excel in business management with the discipline of innovation, creativity and design thinking in MA Entrepreneurship and Innovation (UAL) and MSc Marketing at the Brunel University, London. Striving to integrate creativity into tailor made teaching practices and to combine design thinking skills in delivering high quality live learning sessions in order to sustain the attention of the diverse cohort of students.

Research and Consultancy
A winner of the prestigious Vice Chancellors Travel Prize worth £750 at the Brunel University to present Journal Paper for European Group of Organizational Studies (EGOS) for the 38th EGOS Colloquium in Vienna, Austria in July 2022 and the 40th EGOS Colloquium in Milan in 2024. The fully funded opportunity was availed to not only present the research paper as one of the youngest candidates but also led to a remarkable achievement of an award for best Student paper based on excellent communication skills.
In order to further enhance the research skills and to enrich module content with up to date activities and case studies, the aim to travel to 3rd Organization Theory Winter Workshop at the University of Oslo, Norway in February 2023 for a 3-day training and to attend the 40th EGOS Colloquium in Milan in July 2024.
