Paa Kusi is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants with 15 years post qualification experience that span across both accounting practice and lecturing in accounting and finance modules. Paa worked previously as the Practice Manager in charge of audit and training at the Douglas Darko & Co Ltd, a firm of Chartered Accountants and Registered Auditors in London. He over a decade experience in teaching in the higher education sector and has been with the Coventry University London on full-time since 2019. He is currently a Senior Lecturer in Accounting and the Course Director for the Accounting and Finance for International Business. Paa is committed to employing effective teaching and learning methods and ensuring high student satisfaction and achievements. Paa teaches Management Accounting, Financial Reporting and Analysis, Corporate Reporting and Analysis, International Corporate Reporting, Audit and Assurance, Principles of Taxation, Accounting Simulation Project.

• BSc Business Administration – Accounting Major (2000) University of Ghana.

Paa’s research interest is in the area of Corporate Failure and Financial Distress, Corporate Governance and Environmental Reporting.
