The Master’s of Business and Organisational Psychology (MSc) is for professionals in management, consultancy, human resources or those interested in how to improve productivity in businesses, supporting restructures, and delivering growth. It can support the careers of both current or future managers who wish to develop an in-depth understanding of how psychological principles apply to business practices in both the public and private sectors.
During your study, you should develop strong analytical skills, an understanding of workplace behaviour, and effective communication and research skills. These are all in demand from employers in private, public, and third-sector organisations around the world.
This course covers key areas such as employee wellbeing, psychological assessment, learning and development, leadership, and motivation, with a focus on applying theory to real-world workplace issues.
You will also explore consultancy and management practices, developing skills to address complex challenges in diverse organisational contexts.
