Enrol now

Welcome back to Coventry University London, your results notification will have detailed your progression so you’ll now need to re-enrol with us before starting the next stage of your course. The next intake for Coventry University London is May 2025. Enrolment details will be published in March 2025.

You can check your results notification in SOLAR and progress your re-enrolment from there.

Here’s a quick guide on what to do.

1

Re-enrol online

UK fee-paying students must re-enrol for your next course stage using SOLAR.

EU students can re-enrol for your next course stage using SOLAR however, some EU students maybe required to complete and RTS check (see step 3 below for further details). You will be contacted by email if you need to complete an RTS check.

International students who are returning from a temporary withdrawal, or who have been without attendance in semester 1 and are required to return to face-to-face study in semester 2, will need to complete a CAS request form. The deadline to submit the form is Friday 9 August 2024.

2

Arrange your finances

International part-time students must pay your course fees in full. You can check the cost on our Returner Fees portal.

The quickest and most secure way to pay is by using Convera payment platform.

As a home and international student, you will need to pay your tuition fees in line with our Tuition Fee Terms and Conditions.

3

Complete your Right to Study (RTS) check

You will be required to meet with the Compliance team to complete a face-to-face Right to Study check, once you have completed this process, your enrolment can continue.

When you arrive in the UK please complete this form to request a right to study check. The Compliance team will reply to you with an appointment for this essential check. Your check will take place at the Coventry University London campus from Monday 6 January 2025 to Monday 24 February 2025.
