First year BA (Hons) Global Business Management student, Ankit Chandarana, has been appointed to the position of Bloomberg Institute Ambassador by Business Development Manager-Melissa Mitchell.

This is the fourth consecutive year in which a London Campus student has been appointed this role.

Lead Teaching Fellow, Cesar Peluso said:

“This is a fantastic opportunity for our students to engage with Bloomberg, further strengthening our commitment and strategy of engaging with respected well-known global brand names.”

Receiving exclusive training on Bloomberg and its professional service, Ankit will be challenged to lead the marketing of the Bloomberg Assessment Test (BAT) on campus by hosting events, developing marketing strategies and networking to promote the BAT values.

Ankit will be invited to network with Bloomberg employees and ambassadors from other UK and International universities in the UK, as well as getting invited to exclusive Bloomberg events.

Ankit said:

“When the opportunity came to be the Bloomberg student representative I grabbed it with two hands. I feel it will help me develop new links and meet people from different countries. I look forward to working in a renowned company where I can learn new skills.”

Successful completion of the programme will see Ankit receive a Bloomberg Institute Ambassador Certificate whilst Bloomberg internship and recruitment opportunities are also available for top-performers.
