Talent Team for employers
The Talent Team offers a personalised service for employers to meaningfully engage with CU London. We aim to support employers in being an active part of CU London and the wider Coventry University Group. Please contact the team for further information.
We are currently developing our Degree Apprenticeship offering, and have the facility to deliver and provide support in a wide variety of Degree Apprenticeship courses. We are keen to work with companies who are looking to utilise their apprenticeship levy.
CPD Modules/Day Release/Workshops
We can work directly with your company to develop one-day workshops, singular programmes and CPD modules to challenge and progress your workforce. We truly believe that continual personal development is key to having an adaptable and knowledgeable workforce.
We actively encourage employer engagement within all of our degree programmes and are looking for strategic partners and sponsors of the diverse range of courses that we offer. From Policing to Cyber Security, we are delivering programmes that are practical and well informed
We have the facility to host a variety of events and conferences. Catering can also be ordered through our onsite café Cristina's Kitchen.

- Employer-led workshops
Working with students to develop their employability skills. These can be timetabled into academic schedules, providing a valuable insight into their organisation and the opportunities available.
- On-campus recruitment
If you have a large number of roles to recruit for we encourage employers to have an on-campus presence. We can provide interview space.
CU London Events
We are committed to keeping all employers up to date with ongoing events which they can be a part of, including careers fairs, academic events and local community events.
CU London Mentoring Scheme
There are many employers that are keen to contribute to student development and skills, but are not currently in a place to engage students in direct employment.
These employers may wish to consider mentoring. It is important that no employer should feel unable to contribute because of lack of paid experience.
Benefits of mentoring include increased engagement with the community, positive brand awareness and impacting the futures of young people.
