Teaching Team recognised for professional excellence

MBA International Human Resource Management teaching team at Coventry University London Campus have recently achieved recognition for professionalism and excellence in teaching from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).

The CIPD are the professional body for HR and people development with more than 135,000 members committed to championing better work and working lives.

The teaching team at the London Campus have been awarded 'Academic Member' status by the CIPD. This is a highly sought after recognition which requires demonstration within six different areas of Human Resource expertise. In addition, the academics had to demonstrate role modelling HR standards in their work on campus. 

Head of HRM John Watkins said:

"I am really proud of the team's achievement. This is an important step in recognising the professionalism and dedication to the student experience by this fantastic team. Achieving membership to the CIPD is just one of the ways in which the London Campus is developing greater links with the global professional body for HR professionals."

MBA Programme Leader Aaron Taylor said:
