The most recent cohort of student High Flyers celebrated completing the talent management programme on Thursday 19th July. The ceremony took place on campus, and the MBA students delivered a presentation about the value of the program to an audience of guests and staff. Students were keen to highlight the increased confidence High Flyers gave them, and this was clearly displayed in the ease with which the presentation was delivered.

Dr Socrates Karidis (Associate Pro-Vice-Chancellor and Deputy CEO) then spoke about the achievements of the group before presenting each member with a certificate of achievement. In turn, the MBA students then presented a flower to each of the staff members involved in the High Flyers Programme: Dr Karidis, Carole Still (Head of External Relations), Lauren Crabb (Senior Lecturer in Human Resource Management), James Terzeon (Senior Lecturer in Management and Human Resources).

Coventry University London would like to wish the High Flyers all the best in their next steps, and know they are well equipped for whatever they chose to do next.
