Coventry University London Campus is delighted to be offering students and staff the opportunity to develop their skills by learning a new language in Spring 2017.

Linguae Mundi – which translates to 'Languages of the World' in Latin – is Coventry University’s innovative foreign language programme aimed at helping learners to explore different languages and cultures.

As part of the Centre for Global Engagement at Coventry University, Linguae Mundi gives students the opportunity to learn a new language or to improve on existing language skills in a practical and interactive environment. Languages are delivered by native speakers who provide cultural insights and support an authentic learning experience in a relaxed and friendly setting.

Students at the London Campus will have the option of choosing from beginner level Spanish, French, German and Mandarin, and will participate in one session per week over a period of time.  In addition to the already existing English language support at Coventry University London Campus, including Pre-sessional and In-sessional English, Linguae Mundi will offer further support by allowing students to undertake advanced English professional classes.

Commitment to delivering global ready graduates is at the heart of Coventry University London Campus mission statement. By offering students the opportunity to learn a second language alongside a business related degree subject, they will enhance their skill set, improve communication and develop confidence, all of which are sought after by employers upon graduation.
