Prepare for enrolment

  • EU/UK fee-paying students

First tuition fee payment to be received ahead of enrolment.

6,498 PLN to be received by the university before enrolment, and the next tuition fees before the start of each block [please ensure you use your student ID as a payment reference].

    International fee-paying students

First tuition fee payment for the first academic year (the deposit to secure your place).

13,865 PLN to be received by the university as part of your offer conditions [please ensure you use your student ID as a payment reference]. Refunds may be given if you are refused the relevant visa to enter Poland.

Watch out for scams! Please make your payment through Convera so you know for certain that your payment is going to the right place.

  • Once your conditions have been met, we will provide our international applicants with a zaświadczenie. This is a document in Polish, prepared by the Minister of Science and Higher Education, and is necessary for the visa process.

  • To enter Poland, international students must first secure a D-type national visa (or a D-Visa) and then apply for a Temporary Residence Permit soon after arriving.

As part of the application process you will need to obtain the relevant entry clearance before you can travel, ensure you have sufficient funds and pass any necessary health checks before your arrival in Poland. Please read more information on applying for your visa.

  • Second tuition fee payment for the first academic year - 13,865 PLN to be received by the university before enrolment.

    Payment via online payment portal

You can pay your tuition fees online quickly and safely using a secure bank payment, or card where available, through GlobalPay for Students. This is facilitated by Convera (formerly Western Union Business Solutions) and you will be able to track your payment every step of the way.

EU/UK fee-paying students are able to pay their fees in full for the entire academic year or in four instalments, spread across the academic year. International fee-paying students are able to pay in three instalments, the first two needed before enrolment takes place.

Your induction

Once you’ve had an email confirming your enrolment is complete, you can access an induction module on our online learning platform, Aula.

Aula offers a mobile-first, interactive teaching and learning environment which will enhance and strengthen the way we continue to deliver teaching and learning, whether this is digital, face-to-face or a blend of both.

Aula's dynamic look and feel make it intuitive and simple to use. The design is based on existing social media platforms so it feels familiar, meaning you can quickly and easily find your way around and engage with others.

You will get an introduction to the Coventry University Group, hints and tips about student life and access to your learning materials.

Online learning is new for many students, so induction includes IT help to get started:
