Fees and how to pay

Coventry University Wrocław aims to bring high quality, English-taught degree courses to Poland. We are committed to maintaining a pricing structure that is simple, transparent and easy to understand. We understand that the decision to attend university is not just an academic decision; it’s quite often a financial one as well. While you're investing in your future, we want to make sure we’re helping you by offering convenient options to pay your course fees.

Students at Coventry University Wrocław obtain a degree that is awarded by a UK university, without having to leave Poland. This means our students receive excellent value for money, as studying and living in Poland is cheaper than the UK. Your tuition fees will cover all of your classes, online tutorials, some of the learning materials and access to our Library & Learning Services.

If a recognised sponsor or your employer has agreed to pay your tuition fees for you, we will invoice them when you enrol on the course. In order to do this a sponsorship letter must be provided prior to enrolment on company headed paper and include the following information:

  • Sponsor's full name, department, address & contact details (telephone and email)
  • Student’s full name
  • Coventry University Wrocław as the payee
  • Course title the student is being sponsored for

  • Full amount of sponsorship
  • Purchase order or reference number that needs to be quoted on the invoice
  • Invoice address if different to sponsor’s listed address

Sponsor letters are accepted on the terms and conditions of enrolment. Any sponsor invoice not paid will default back to the student directly who will then be liable for any debt incurred.
