Donna Kendall is responsible for developing and leading the Student Journey, which aims to drive a set of world class services in support of our educational activities. Donna manages and works alongside non-academic services including Student Services; the University library; Sigma; and the Centre for Academic Writing to help provide the best customer experience for our students, both national and international, from application to alumni.

As a member of the Group’s Leadership Team, Donna’s responsibilities have included establishing the Group’s Strategic Transformation Office, to encompass development and oversight of key transformational projects; and the creation of a Business Transformation team to implement sustainable business process management across the Group. Previous roles held at Coventry University include Pro-Vice-Chancellor (Continuous Improvement) and Director of Human Resources. Prior to joining Coventry University, Donna was director of Human Resources and Organisational Development for a London-based NHS organisation and has held a number of senior positions in the field of human resource management. Donna holds governing body positions with Coventry School Foundation and Coventry College.
