Level of study

All Coventry University Wroclaw undergraduate full-time (including top-up) degrees starting in the 2025/26 or 2026/27 academic year.

Deadline

The remaining full tuition fee due must have been received by the University within 21 days of accepting your offer.

Home (Poland)/EU applicants must hold an unconditional academic offer
International (Overseas) applicants must hold a conditional academic offer

Payment requirements

The applicant's tuition fee, minus the 10% Early Payment Discount must be:

Paid in full, and
Received as cleared funds in the University's account within 21 days of the applicant accepting their offer.

Exclusions

Students in receipt of the War Refugee Scholarship or any other scholarships, bursaries or discounts are excluded from this award.

How to apply

There is no application process but this discount is only applicable to applicants that have successfully deposited the full tuition fee payment (minus the 10% Early Payment Discount) within 21 days of accepting their offer.

Terms and conditions

The scholarship/discount is only available to Coventry University Wrocław applicants.
The scholarship/discount is only available for full-time (including top-up) undergraduate taught degrees.
The scholarship/discount is only available to self-funded students; sponsored students are not eligible.
The scholarship/discount is available to those enrolling in either the 2025/26 or 2026/27 academic year
The scholarship/discount will be awarded at the entire discretion of Coventry University.
Students in receipt of the War Refugee Scholarship are not eligible.
The scholarship/discount requires the full tuition fee payment (minus the 10% Early Payment Discount) within 21 days of accepting the offer.
The scholarship/discount outlined is not open to applicants to CU Coventry, CU Scarborough, CU London, Coventry University, Coventry University London or Coventry University Online.
The University's decision on the interpretation of eligibility criteria is final and there is no right of appeal. You must comply with all requests for additional information to establish your eligibility in the timeframes specified and you must provide any proofs requested by the stated deadlines in your offer letter.
The University reserves the right to withdraw the discount from anyone who is found to have misled the University about any aspect of their eligibility and to seek repayment of any monies already paid by appropriate means.
The University reserves the right to withdraw the discount from anyone in case of disciplinary action against a discount-holder and to seek repayment of any monies already paid by appropriate means. Cases will be considered on an individual basis by the University.
The University reserves the right to amend or withdraw the discount should a student defer their course. If a deferral occurs, the criteria on re-enrolment will apply.
There is no right of appeal against the University's decision in relation to your eligibility for the discount. You may make a complaint if you believe that you have not been considered for the discount because of a procedural error.
