Here at Coventry University Wrocław we want to ensure that our students’ education is supported through various forms, from help with your studies to welfare support.
Our student support services include:
Student Wellbeing Services
Our aim is to ensure that the wellbeing of our students is taken care of . We value you as an individual and aim to meet your expectations, as well as being a source of information for other services. Our Student Wellbeing service provides access to a range of support including bookable Wellbeing appointments and accessed remotely, as well as signposting to local Mental Health and Counselling Services.Year-round 24/7 wellbeing support.
All our students can access the 24 hour online service Spectrum.Life. This is a confidential listening and support service that can provide immediate emotional and mental health support and is available 365 days a year.
Customer Service and Experience Team
The Customer Service and Experience Team is on hand to ensure every student’s time with us is smooth and enjoyable, from arrival on campus during induction day right through to graduation.
How can our team assist you?
University Integration
At the Customer Service Desk, students can collect their Student ID card, gain access to Educational Online Platforms, and find out more about event schedules and class timetables. The team can also assist with raising tickets for IT issues and provide campus information.
The team can assist with Student Status Letters, Payment Confirmations, refund forms, invoices as well as documentation for the Temporary Residence Card (TRC), Visas, Student Health Insurance and guidance on applying for an International Student ID Card (ISIC).
Student Support Services
Personal Support: Should students ever need support with their mental health, physical health or wellbeing – or would benefit from accessing other university support services, the team can help connect you to our student wellbeing resources.
Academic Support
We understand that students can experience unforeseen events that may prevent the submission of coursework on time or attendance at a scheduled exam. This team can provide guidance on grace periods, resits, deferrals and extensions and, withdrawals or course transfers.
The Customer Support Team can also offer information about attendance tracking. Attendance is monitored for all students enrolled in on campus learning, ensuring that they are engaged with their course peers and able to reach their full potential.
Library and Academic Writing Services
Our library is an excellent place to study and offers a student-friendly space equipped with desktop PCs and printing facilities.
Students can also access the library virtually as resources are fully digital. This provides students with the freedom to study on and off campus, and anywhere in the world!
Services and resources available to our students across their academic journey are:
- Free Textbooks: Students do not need to purchase textbooks. Required course materials are available online.
- Digital Resources: Students can access thousands of eBooks, journals, and other publications, across over 50 subject databases.
- Comprehensive Multi-Search Tool: Our online search tool helps students easily find all resources available to them.
- Referencing Support: Students can learn the APA style of referencing which is an important technique when writing assignments.
- Information Literacy Sessions: Students can enhance their research skills and learn how to evaluate the quality of different types of sources.
- Loanable Laptops: Students can borrow a laptop to use on campus.
- Resource Assistance: Our friendly team can assist students in finding course-relevant resources.
- Custom Guidance: Students can also book one-to-one sessions with the librarian.
Centre for Academic Writing
The Centre for Academic Writing (CAW) aims to help students write successfully and study independently.
The CAW team can help, advise, and provide guidance on the important aspects of academic writing and skills, such as planning and structuring essays and reports, improving critical thinking and avoiding plagiarism by referencing correctly.
Learning Services
Sigma Maths and Stats Support Centre
Sigma Mathematics and Statistics Support provides free mathematics and statistics support. You can speak to one of our math experts whenever you have a question, attend a variety of workshops, or use our math and stats resources.

What is LinkedIn Learning?
LinkedIn Learning is an online skills development service with a library of over 7,500+ video courses and tutorials in a range of subject areas. Students can use LinkedIn Learning to learn digital, technology, creative and business skills. Coventry University Wroclaw offers access to this resource free of charge to all students.
The use of LinkedIn Learning can support you during your time at university. You can use it to increase your knowledge base around your core degree subject, or widen your skillset in other areas. This will better prepare you for life after university and help land you that dream job!
