University Houses

Overview

The University owns a number of houses within residential areas of Coventry, all of which are within walking distance of the campus. The houses vary in size, offering accommodation between 4 and 36 bedrooms, organised into individual flats of between 4 and 13 residents. Rooms vary in size depending on the house; some offer gardens, some have on-street parking, and shared facilities are proportional to the size of the property and number of residents. Most rooms are standard single bedrooms, but we also have a small number of premium singles, ensuites and studios.

Living in a residential property offers a student independent living, whilst still providing full University support services and benefits.
