Welcome to Coventry University Accommodation. Living in university accommodation is a fantastic way to start your student life and make new friends quickly. We offer a wide range of accommodation with something to suit everyone’s budget, and offer accommodation for both undergraduate and postgraduate students. We offer an excellent choice depending on your requirements - there are catered halls of residence which includes ten meals per week, self–catered halls and university houses in desirable areas of the city. Most of our accommodation is on or within walking distance of the campus.

Coventry is renowned for its historic buildings, but also offers a variety of cafes and eateries, alongside a host of shops. With a theatre, cinema, clubs and art centres all based in the city centre, there is a good choice of entertainment and culture whatever your taste. Whatever form of accommodation you choose, you are never far away from activities to enhance your stay.
We must be doing something right! Over 2,500 students live in our Halls or Houses each year. We have student wardens, housing and halls officers who offer help and support while you settle in and during your stay. They add to the feeling of community you are bound to experience whilst living in university accommodation.

The University is committed to ensuring that you enjoy your accommodation experience and is registered with the Student Accommodation Code which ensures compliance with the requirements of the Housing Act 2004. The code has been prepared primarily to assist managers of student accommodation by setting out the main elements of good management practice. It covers, among other matters, health and safety, maintenance and repair, and relationships between managers and students.
