OVERVIEW

This course has a September and a January intake.

This course provides a wide range of theoretical and practical opportunities for graduates from a variety of disciplines. It is suitable for those who wish to develop professional and technical competence in the field of information technology. It also deals with current issues relating to information security and the management of IT systems in a business organisation.

Entry Requirements

To enter the course you need to have one of the following:

  • a good honours degree or an equivalent qualification;
  • a relevant professional qualification of equivalent standard e.g. BCS Professional Graduate Diploma, CEng, CIM Diploma;
  • a lower qualification plus appropriate and relevant experience at a professional level.

Please note: we have a range of taught postgraduate awards to suit your needs, from Postgraduate Certificate or Postgraduate Diploma to a full Master's Degree (MA, MBA, MSc, LLM). In most cases you can decide to exit at Postgraduate Certificate or Diploma level, without carrying onto the full Master's qualification.
