Returners 2018

Returners 2018

Do you want to return to University halls for your 2nd or 3rd year?

FutureLets has a limited number of rooms available for returning 2nd and 3rd year students in halls accommodation. The rooms are primarily in showflats, where you can earn a discount on your annual accommodation fees, in exchange for showing your room on open days and tours throughout the year. We also want students who are willing to participate in the FutureLets Residence Life programme, as a Resident Assistant!

To qualify to be a Resident Assistant, you need to be a 2nd or 3rd year student who has lived in halls before, and is enthusiastic about improving the student experience in halls. A Resident Assistant (RA) provides support, acts as a resource for their fellow students, creates and coordinates social events, and works together in a team with other RAs (which are all great skills to boost your CV!)

We have a variety of rooms available, including catered, ensuite and non-ensuites, and we even have rooms available in our brand new halls! Bishopgate and Godiva Place will both be opening in September 2018 and you could be one of the first to live in them!

The rooms available in Godiva Place are twudios, which are ideal if you want to live with another person. Twudios offer a twin bed flat*, sharing a bathroom and studio kitchen, so you have all the benefits of studio living, without having to be on your own.

You can register your interest by completing the form below, and you can register either as an individual, or as a member of a group (although please note that all members of your group must complete the registration form to be considered).

Please note that completing a registration form does NOT guarantee you will be offered a room, or be allocated your preferred property. We will prioritise registrations from students willing to occupy showflats (which requires signing up to additional T&Cs (see below) as well as the standard Licence to Occupy) and those willing to participate as a Residence Assistant as part of the FutureLets Residence Life programme.
