CU Scarborough is committed to high quality, cost-effective learning opportunities. We are also committed to keeping our pricing structure simple, transparent and easy to understand.
How much does a course cost?
For the academic year 2017/18 we have once again kept our fees at a highly competitive rate. To view individual course fees please visit the appropriate course page and ensure that you're viewing the international fee option.
These fees cover some of your learning materials, access to the CU Scarborough library, all of your classes and online tutorials.
How can I pay for my course?
In order to secure a place on your chosen CU Scarborough course and to receive your Confirmation of Acceptance to Study letter (CAS) which enables you to apply for your visa, you will need to pay the deposit amount as detailed on your offer letter from us – this applies to international students only.
In order to secure your place we advise you to pay your deposit as early as possible. Early payment of your deposit ensures that you have adequate time to apply for your visa, arrange your University accommodation and plan your travel to the UK.

EU full-time students
If you’re a full-time student who is an EU national and normally resident in the EU, you can apply for a loan to cover the cost of your tuition fees. You cannot apply for maintenance loans and grants.
Tuition Fee Loan from Student Finance England (SFE)
EU students can access a tuition fee loan from Student Finance England. We recommend that you apply early for SFE support to ensure that your funding is in place in time for the start of term.
Once your loan has been confirmed, SFE will send you a Financial Notification letter showing that you have been approved for a tuition fee loan for CU Scarborough, along with any maintenance support that you can access. In many cases this funding will have been confirmed to us by SFE in advance of your enrolment, but please bring a copy of your letter with you to enrolment as proof that SFE will be paying your fees on your behalf.
