Student Support

Whilst the programmes are online you will receive full support from our recruitment and student support teams from your initial enquiry right through to graduation.

  • You will be allocated your own Recruitment Advisor who will be your contact from enquiry through to application. Our Recruitment Advisors answer any questions you may have about the courses, how to apply, finance and anything else that you need to know to make an informed decision.
  • Once you receive and accept your offer, you will be given your own Student Support Advisor who will help guide you through the payment, enrolment and induction processes, as well as providing dedicated support throughout your studies through to graduation.
  • Academic support will be through your tutor and peer to peer student support provided online.

Your studies are completed in modules. Each module is a six week teaching block incorporating assignments and end-of-module. To achieve a BA (Hons) qualification, you must study and complete 12 modules.

Module content incorporates online lectures, simulations, videos, audio, interactive animation and discussion boards. The online classroom consists of a community of students, organised into small groups to form virtual classrooms.
