Supporting direct entry students: How and Why?
Course Overview
This session will be used to outline and discuss the types of issues faced in supporting Direct Entry students through Induction and the early part of their course and to showcase ideas for overcoming these. In particular, the session will draw on the learning points and ‘real life’ experiences of the BA Business Administration Course Team at Coventry Business School – a course which has a large number of Direct Entry Students at both Stages 2 and 3.
