Overview

The University owns two 26-bedroom houses within residential areas of Coventry, both of which are within walking distance of the campus. They offer flats of 5 or 6 residents with shared kitchens and bathrooms. Both of these properties have secure parking to the rear, and with easy access into the city centre on foot (approximately 20 minutes via footbridge across the ring road), in addition to the property being located on a main bus route into the city centre. Travelling away from the city centre along Holyhead Road is the Alvis Retail Park with outlets such as Morrisons, B&Q, Currys PC World, and McDonald’s.

Living in a residential property offers a student independent living, whilst still providing full University support services and benefits.
